Reincorporating as an organization independent from the Synod of the Covenant necessitated a revision of OPH’s Articles of Incorporation and Code of Regulations. These updates removed any control or liability of OPH from the Ohio Synod or United Presbyterian Church of the USA. While separate from the Synod, the organization has enjoyed a long and congenial working relationship with the Presbyterian church, and a representative of the Synod still sits on the Board of Directors.
