Mount Pleasant opened new independent living, assisted living and rehabilitation spaces.
2007 - Mount Pleasant Brownstones Opened

  • The ribbon was cut on a 53-suite expansion to assisted living, and the 12-unit Grace Center inside that provides secure accommodations for those with Alzheimer’s and dementia.

  • The Brownstones opened, a unique independent living option modeled after a Minnesota Presbyterian Homes concept. The Brownstones were designed to efficiently use community property without sacrificing attractive design or spacious floor plans. The two-story Brownstone building offers a balcony for second floor residents, a patio on the first floor, underground parking, a lobby with elevator, and a community room with a kitchen and comfortable lounge area.

  • The Rehab Studios opened in June 2007, offering short-term rehabilitation services in private suites. The studios feature a separate dining area, a physical therapy gym and an occupational therapy suite with easy access for visitors.
