Grace Woods was designed as a satellite of Breckenridge Village, conveniently located less than a mile from the main campus. Phase I of the project consisted of 68 Brownstone apartment homes between two structures: 20 in Woodland Ridge and 48 in River’s Edge, which was built along a scenic wooded ravine.
