The Reed Chapel was created as a designated space for Swan Creek residents to engage in prayer, meditation and religious study. Designs offered movable seating for 120, space for a choir, accessibility features for those with mobility impairments and sound equipment with wireless headsets for hearing-impaired residents. The adjacent Marsh Center can be used in conjunction with the Chapel for community events.

            The Kridler-Meloy Wellness Center was intentionally configured to meet the unique physical needs of older adults. In addition to its complete fitness program for residents and employees, the space also enabled Swan Creek to provide advanced long-term rehabilitation programs for campus and community seniors.
