To improve the continuum of care provided statewide, Ohio Living established a palliative medicine program in four of its seven home health and hospice regions and quickly expanded.

            Palliative care is aggressive pain and symptom management for patients with chronic illness. The Ohio Living Palliative Medicine team is comprised of experienced and compassionate physicians and nurse practitioners. They work with patients and their physicians to help provide relief from symptoms of diseases and disorders, based on each patient’s unique needs.
