Ohio Living’s Park Vista community was sold February 1, 2020 when ownership was transferred to Natick Healthcare Group, LLC. As market pressures had long been challenging Ohio Living’s ability to sustain the mission in this location, it was determined that selling would provide a better chance at continued long-term success.
