Join us for a compassionate and confidential support group designed for those navigating the recent loss of a loved one. These sessions explore grief in all its forms while offering gentle guidance and healing through:

• Art Therapy
• Guided Meditation
• Pet Therapy
• Sound Therapy

This program is generously funded by the Mahoning Valley Community Foundation and
led by a certified grief counselor from Ohio Living. Each week’s session focuses on topics such as defining grief, coping strategies, managing guilt and anger, navigating the
holidays, and promoting self-care and wellness. You do not need to attend all the sessions, but it is most beneficial to do so.
