Finding a Home at Ohio Living Swan Creek
Ken and Ann Jane Hileman enjoyed many years living on River Road in Maumee, but their house eventually became too difficult to maintain. After Ken had a stroke, they realized it was time to downsize and look for a place that better fit their needs.
Ohio Living Swan Creek quickly rose to the top of the Hilemans’ list. The community had a great reputation, and several people they knew were already living there. It felt a lot easier to consider
moving when they knew familiar faces would be around.
Ken and Ann soon decided to take the leap. Their villa became a comfortable place to land, perfect for small gatherings and, best of all, free from the heavy upkeep their old home demanded.
Four years later, they say the best part of Ohio Living Swan Creek is the friendships they’ve made. Their dog, Bailey, is equally at home here. He
enjoys his daily walks and has become a favorite among residents. They also appreciate how easy it is to get to activities and appointments thanks to the community’s convenient transportation services
“It’s such a friendly community,” noted Ann. “The clear communication really stands out. The campus newsletter, The Village Voice, is especially helpful. The staff are also consistently respectful and careful in their work. Just take some time to look around, and you’ll see why the community is so well-regarded!”
