Caring for a loved one can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. Caregiver Support Meetings provide a supportive, non-judgmental space to connect with others who understand the challenges of caregiving. Participants can share experiences, learn practical coping strategies, access caregiver resources, and find encouragement to help prevent burnout and reduce isolation. These meetings are presented by Direction Home of Eastern Ohio.
