The expression “journey into retirement” is a curious one – if retirement is a journey, how do you avoid the potholes and live your best life? At this special Lunch and Learn event, Joel Wrobbel from Ohio Living Westminster-Thurber will
present an engaging talk and share several tips and insights about whole-person wellness in your retirement years.

What is Lunch and Learn? As an active community, we value lifelong learning. Lunch and Learn is a free event that provides an opportunity to learn something new through an engaging presentation. Socialize while enjoying lunch on us at 11:30 a.m. followed by Joel’s presentation at 12 p.m.
